CANCELLATION POLICY

Arrived: please arrive with bare nails. If you have product on your nails books a soak-off Late policy: There is a 15 minute grace period. After that no shows will be subject to cancellation. Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellation or no show will result in loss of deposit. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. It will go toward your total service cost.
